Together with our members, we develop "best practices" for building new forms of organisation and alliances that promote renewed popular engagement and participation, which are critical to our continued relevance.
We prioritise innovation and the adoption of new technological practices to enhance the efficiency of our organisations. We provide leadership training, support our members' own green transition, and facilitate the exchange of experiences, learning, and new thinking about our common development, humanitarian, and peace-building work (Nexus)

CLIMATE MAINSTREAMING
Global Focus is dedicated to equipping our members to integrate climate and environmental considerations in their policies, practices, programmes, and partnerships, with the aim of reducing greenhouse gas emissions and addressing other environmental challenges. To this end, Global Focus, in collaboration with its members, has developed a climate mainstreaming toolkit that provides guidance on how to integrate climate considerations into organisational practices.
