Global Focus is determined and committed to promoting a visionary and inclusive civil society that is innovative, transformative, and resilient. We aim to support the development of leaders and organisations, which can lead the change we seek to create.
Together with our members, we develop "best practices" for building new forms of organisation and alliances that promote renewed popular engagement and participation, which are critical to our continued relevance.
We prioritise innovation and the adoption of new technological practices to enhance the efficiency of our organisations. We provide leadership training, support our members' own green transition, and facilitate the exchange of experiences, learning, and new thinking about our common development, humanitarian, and peace-building work (Nexus)

Networks
NETWORK FOR CONFLICT PREVENTION AND PEACEBUILDING
With a focus on knowledge generation and dissemination of tools for conflict analysis, conflict-sensitive programming, and peacebuilding, the Network targets Danish actors with activities in the global south.
MONITORING AND EVALUATION NETWORK
The M&E network meets a few times a year, during which an expert or a member of the network shares knowledge and experience regarding monitoring and evaluation in civil society.
