Building Responses Together is an international network of rapid response mechanisms coordinated by Global Focus. The network's purpose is to promote cooperation between organisations that provide rapid responses to rights defenders and activists in danger. 

An online platform serves as a coordination forum for Building Responses Together's efforts, where members support each other in four primary areas of effort: 

• Verification of pool applicants
• Requests for match funding for cases that need additional funding
• Forwarding of cases that have not received support
• Protection against double funding 

In addition, the network uses the platform to share resources, advocacy initiatives, research projects, and more. The platform is a closed, secure, and an encrypted tool that only network members can access. 

All Global Focus members who facilitate rapid response funds can participate in the network.
