Sted Folkekirkens Nødhjælp (DanChurchAid) Meldahlsgade 3, 1613 Copenhagen
We are pleased to invite you to a policy-practice event on faith actors, peacebuilding and preventing violent conflict in fragile contexts

The event is convened through the Network for Conflict Prevention and Peacebuilding (NCPPB) and the Network for Religion and Development, with ADRA, CKU, DCA, Danmission and Danish Muslim Aid as organising partners. It will bring together Danish civil society organisations, researchers, faith-based actors and representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) to discuss how local faith actors can be engaged constructively and conflict-sensitively in fragile and conflict-affected contexts.
The programme includes an online keynote by Professor Mark Owen, practitioner inputs, and a panel debate on how policy and practice can engage local faith actors more effectively in fragile contexts. Read the full programme HERE
We hope the discussions will contribute to a short set of practical recommendations for the Danish MFA and civil society.
