Global Focus and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark invite Danish civil society to a series of thematic consultations in the autumn of 2025. This is the invitation to the consultation on Innovative and Blended Finance , which will focus on the roles for civil society organisations in innovative and blended finance, highlighting best practices and identifying what support and conducive framework conditions could facilitate mobilisation of additional resources and enhance development impact.
The purpose of the consultations is
- To provide input from Danish civil society to the implementation of Denmark’s Development Policy Strategy and inform the next generation of Strategic Partnerships (SPA 3) as well as other forms of engagement with civil society
- To share experiences, knowledge and best practices
- To explore central thematic challenges and opportunities
- To identify areas of collaboration between Danish civil society and the MFA.
The overall framing for all of the consultations will be the perspective and added value of Danish civil society in relation to international development.
