In an era marked by geopolitical shifts, the EU must define its role as a geostrategic actor in global sustainable development. Set during the Danish EU-presidency, this conference will bring together Danish and EU policymakers, academia, think tanks, civil society, and the private sector to examine and debate the EU’s evolving role in global development. The afternoon session includes two sessions: 'Strategic Partnerhips in the Time of Crises' and 'The Future of the EU's Global Engagement'. During the sessions we will dive into the role of International Partnerships in times of geopolitical instability and the opportunities for the EU moving forwards. The programme will include high-level keynote speakers and expert panels including civil society, the private sector and decision-makers.
